DMS 106 Abdominal Sonography II

This is the second of a two-course sequence providing an in-depth study of abdominal sonographic imaging. Covered are scanning guidelines, protocols, anatomy, and pathology of the abdominal vasculature, retroperitoneal cavity, gastrointestinal tract, small parts and superficial structures, and musculoskeletal. Emphasis is also placed on patient preparation clinical signs and symptoms. R, W1, M2, 12 (2 lecture hours) Note: In addition to tuition, this course requires an additional variable tuition rate.

DMS 102 with a minimum grade of 'C' and DMS 103 with a minimum grade of 'C' and DMS 108 with a minimum grade of 'C' and DMS 109 with a minimum grade of 'C'

Corequisite

DMS 201 - must be taken at the same time as this course.
