MLT 204 Hematology I

Theory and practice of analytical hematology as applied to pathologic states and methodology. Study of the production, structure and function of red blood cells, leukocytes, and platelets along with disorders that may affect these blood components. R, W1, M2, 12 (3 lecture hours) Note: In addition to tuition, this course requires an additional variable tuition rate.

MLT 104 with a minimum grade of “C” and MLT 201 with a minimum grade of “C”

Corequisite

MLT 202 and MLT 203 and MLT 205 must be taken at the same time as this course
