BUS 115 Customer Relations

This course teaches students effective customer relations methods, skills, and strategies necessary to attract and retain loyal customers in a global workplace. Students learn basic problem-solving techniques that will help them increase customer satisfaction. Students learn about the importance of collaboration with employees in a customer service department and other areas of the business organization. Additionally, students learn steps to manage customer service professionals and promote customer-focused communication. R, 12 (2 lecture hours and 2 laboratory hours)
