BDM 212 Construction Documents and Risk Management
This course is an introduction to the functions and operations of a construction project including bidding, construction contracts and specifications, bonds and insurance, labor law and labor relations. Covers the regulatory aspects and interpretation of contracts and specifications, and AIA contract documents for construction. 12 (3 lecture hours) Note: In addition to tuition, this course requires an additional variable tuition rate.
