BDM 206 Construction Technologies Applications
This course introduces the Construction Management student to the following areas: scales and dimensioning, standards, and CAD (Computer Aided Design) and BIM (Building Information Modeling) software. The course includes software structure and features, modeling and editing techniques, and sheet creation and organization. 12 (2 lecture hours and 2 laboratory hours) Note: In addition to tuition, this course requires an additional variable tuition rate.

BDM 112 with a minimum grade of 'C' and 12 credit hours in BDM coursework
