CRJ 140 Introduction to Corrections

This course provides those intending to pursue careers in the field of corrections or law enforcement a basis for understanding the correctional system. The course includes the historical development, philosophy and variety of correctional methods. Included are pre-institutional, institutional and post-institutional techniques, probation and parole.
