CRJ 101 Criminology

This course introduces and critiques theories of the external (social/political) and internal (biological/psychological) influences on criminal and violent behavior. The role of the criminal justice system and the methods of punishment in response to criminal behavior are also examined. This course may include field trips and activities outside the classroom.
