Non-Discrimination Policy (Board Policy 1.6)

Lincoln Land Community College shall not discriminate against any student, employee, prospective employee, or any other person because of their actual or perceived race, color, religion, sex, national origin, ancestry, age, marital status, physical or mental disability, military status, political affiliation, sexual orientation, pregnancy, order of protection status, unfavorable discharge from military service, or any other status protected by the provisions of the Illinois Human Rights Act or other applicable law (Board Policy 1.6).
