WIT 209 Programmable Logic Controls II
This course presents advanced applications of programmable logic controllers as used in industrial environments. This includes concepts of programming, industrial applications, troubleshooting ladder logic and interfacing to equipment. Students learn to develop ladder logic to utilize advanced PLC functions; compose a ladder logic program to demonstrate an advanced industrial control application; and apply advanced programming techniques for specialized applications. 12 (3 lecture hours and 2 laboratory hours)
