DET 107 Diesel Welding
Students will learn the principles of arc welding fundamentals, safety, arc welding machines, electrode classification and selection. Students will demonstrate proficiency using SMAW and GMAW processes utilizing single and multiple pass welds. OXY-FUEL cutting will also be introduced. 12 (2 lecture hours and 3 laboratory hours). Note: In addition to tuition, this course requires an additional variable tuition rate.
