AVI 113 Wood Structures, Aircraft Coverings and Aircraft Finishes
Types of, inspection of and repair of wooden structures are covered in this course. Students learn about wood and how it is used in aircraft structures. Students learn about aircraft covering materials, finishes, defects of finishes and inspection of these materials. R, 12 (2 lecture hours and 1 laboratory hour) Note: In addition to tuition, this course requires an additional variable tuition rate.
