EDU 201 Introduction to Teacher Education
Provides an introduction to educational professions and the system of education within the Unites States. This course will expose students to knowledge and skills necessary for educators to embody the dispositions of the profession, including but not limited to historical, philosophical, social, legal, and ethical issues in a diverse society. The course includes 30 hours of field experience. R, W1, 11 (3 lecture hours and 2 laboratory hours) Note: In addition to tuition, this course requires a background check with a fee payable to the vendor.
