Student Success Coaching

The Office of Student Success partners with students during their academic journey at LLCC. Students are assigned a success coach based on their declared major or location, if a student attends classes at an Outreach Center. Success coaches assist students in developing an academic plan, teach students how to navigate campus resources, and empower students to make informed decisions about their future.

The mission of the LLCC Office of Student Success is to develop supportive relationships with students in which they take ownership of their education and learn the tools needed to make informed and meaningful decisions about their educational goals.

Students should meet with their success coach prior to each semester to discuss their educational path and next steps in achieving their goals. Students on academic probation or suspension must see their success coach prior to registration. During this appointment, the student and their success coach will discuss the necessary steps to help ensure academic success.
