HSP 240 Hospitality Leadership
This course introduces students to the fundamentals of hospitality leadership which include the dynamics of being a leader, effective communication, motivation, and teamwork. Students will have the opportunity to reflect and evaluate their own role as a leader while engaging in leadership development simulations and activities designed to grow their effectiveness in a leadership role. 12 (2 lecture hours and 2 laboratory hours)

HSP 215 with a minimum grade of 'C'
