CLA 260 Culinary Internship

A directed work experience is provided in this course in which students earn credit while working a minimum of 225 hours at approved hospitality sites. Students are able to apply classroom theories to actual performances. Students are graded on participation, skill levels and written reports which describe their experiences. 12 (15 laboratory hours)
