LLCC - Medical District

Lincoln Land Community College - Medical District, located at 130 W. Mason Street, is located in the Mid-Illinois Medical District and is only blocks away from two major hospitals. This state-of-the art training facility aims to meet the growing technology and workforce training needs of local employers. LLCC-Medical District career training opportunities have expanded to now include many programs in the health care field.

The career programs offered at LLCC-Medical District include dental assistant, medical assistant, phlebotomy technician, CNA to medical assistant bridge, pharmacy technician, massage therapy, ECG technician and veterinary assistant. The programs can be completed in six months to one year and offer students the opportunity to gain experience with a local employer through an externship and a potential job before graduation. The cost of each program includes textbooks, learning aids and supplies.

LLCC-Medical District also serves businesses, industry, governmental agencies and organizations throughout the Lincoln Land Community College District 526. Our professional staff will work with you one-on-one to give you the targeted help you need, to make the best use of your resources. This is accomplished in a hands-on learning environment using state-of-the-art equipment through customized courses, workshops or seminars.
