AUB 140 MIG and Spot Resistant Welding
Students discuss the various types of weld positions and joint types commonly used in a collision repair shop. The course also highlights the importance of proper fit up and explains how to prepare metal for welding. Fixed panel removal and installation using industry standards for the type of weld and welding equipment is also covered. 12 (2 lecture hours and 1 laboratory hour) Note: In addition to tuition, this course requires an additional variable tuition rate.
