HSP 230 Hospitality Marketing

This course introduces the principles, concepts and systems utilized in the marketing and sales areas of the hospitality industry. Students will examine communication channels such as PR, brand management, advertising, community relations, and corporate communications as well as develop marketing strategies that influence customer behavior in the modern day, technology-based world. 12 (2 lecture hours)
