HSP 140 Foundations of Human Resources

This course is designed to introduce students to the various functions of Hospitality Human Resources Management and Supervision by examining the processes, practices, programs and policies necessary to manage a lawful, safe and healthy workplace throughout the employee's cycle of employment. 12 (2 lecture hours)
