CRJ 260 Criminal Law

This course allows students to examine the substantive criminal law as it relates to common law and case law. Essential elements of felonies and pertinent misdemeanors are reviewed. The course focuses on the theory of criminal law as well as the specifics of the Illinois Criminal Code. 11 (4 lecture hours)
