COS 225 Office Supervision and Management

This capstone course prepares students for the roles of office supervisor and office manager. Students learn tools for supervising people and technology in the rapidly-changing office. Problem-solving and critical thinking skills are developed and applied to office situations. This course is generally offered only in the spring semester. R, 12 (2 lecture hours and 2 laboratory hours)
