ABE 071 Adult Basic Education /Intermediate

This course provides instruction in reading, writing and math for the intermediate-level learner, in preparation for the GED exam. Emphasis is placed on developing critical thinking skills, comprehension skills, effective paragraph construction and essay format techniques. Mathematical focus includes fractions, decimals, percents and ratios. (4 lecture hours)
