Transfer Program

Total Credit Hours: 60

Colleague Code: AS.MATH

Curriculum Code: ASD 101

Program Information:

  • This program is appropriate for students who intend to obtain a bachelor’s degree in mathematics, computer mathematics, statistics, systems analysis/operations research or mathematics education.
  • Since program requirements vary among the four-year schools, the above courses are only suggested guidelines. Students are strongly encouraged to explore the specific program requirements of the four-year schools they are considering for their transfer, as they make their course selections for their first two years of study at LLCC. Additionally, LLCC advisors, faculty members, and deans are also sources of helpful advice.
  • Students who are planning on teaching mathematics in a secondary school are required to take and pass the Test of Academic Proficiency (TAP) prior to transferring to an upper-division institution. Please contact the Education program at 217-786-2378 or 217-786-2391 for further information.
