ESL 090 English as a Second Language Advanced I

This course provides English for students with considerable experience and/or previous instruction in English. The course integrates basic listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills with more emphases on creative production of new texts in speaking and writing, reading non-simplified texts, complex grammar and idioms. The primary objective is to provide opportunities for students to develop confidence to use English proficiently in everyday life.
